Warranty Policy

At Riosoc, we engineering our products for durability and performance. We provide a limited manufacturer’s warranty to ensure your equipment remains operational and reliable.

1. Warranty Period

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use for a period of 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase

  • Main Frame & Structure: 12 Months
  • Motor & Battery: 12 Months
  • Electronic Components: 12 Months
  • Consumable Parts (Tires/Tracks/Belts): 3 Months (covers initial defects only)

2. What is Covered?

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this period, Riosoc will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship.

3. What is NOT Covered?

  • Damage resulting from improper maintenance or unauthorized modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, or cosmetic aging).
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or operation beyond the specified load capacity (e.g., exceeding 441lbs limit).

4. How to Obtain Warranty Service?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at service@riosoc.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please include:

  • Your Order ID.
  • A video or photo clearly demonstrating the technical issue.
  • The product serial number.

5. Shipping for Warranty Repairs

Within the first 30 days of purchase, Riosoc will cover the shipping costs for parts or units required for warranty repair. After 30 days, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to our service center, while Riosoc covers the cost of return shipping.
