At Riosoc, we are committed to ensuring that your order arrives safely, promptly, and professionally. Please carefully read the following shipping policy before placing your order.
Free & Fast Shipping
We offer free shipping to all U.S. and Canadian states! Please allow up to 1 business day for us to process your order. After processing, orders typically ship within 1-2 business days from our facilities, with a delivery time of 1-5 business days. Please note that processing and delivery times are estimates and we do not guarantee processing or delivery dates. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.
Free shipping is also available for certain EU regions. If you do not see whether your EU region qualifies for free shipping on the checkout page, please contact us with your shipping address, and we will provide shipping options and cost estimates.
Once a package is marked as delivered, Riosoc is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that occurs thereafter.
Product Delivery
All orders from Riosoc's website will be shipped within 1-2 days after placing the order, usually via FedEx. Shipping times for the following U.S. states are estimated to be 2-5 business days: California, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Missouri, North Carolina, Virginia, Arkansas, Illinois, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. Shipping times to remote areas may be longer. Shipping to Canadian addresses typically takes 6-8 business days, and shipping to the EU usually takes 6-9 business days.
Accessory orders will be shipped via YunExpress, with typical delivery times of 6-10 business days.
Please note that deliveries may be delayed due to weather, traffic, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Cancellations
We accept cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
Shipping Address
Providing a correct and complete shipping address is crucial. Currently, we only ship to the U.S. (Hawaii and Alaska are excluded due to courier service limitations), Canada, and select EU countries.
Once your order is ready to ship or has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we will contact you for corrections and re-ship the package, but additional shipping fees will apply. All orders must include a daytime phone number.
Shipping Courier & Tracking
Orders will be shipped from Riosoc’s owned warehouses. When you place an order on riosoc.com, you will automatically receive an email with shipping information from Riosoc. Please check your email address carefully. If you don’t find the email, check your spam folder and add Riosoc to your contact list.
