- A signature may be required upon delivery. Riosoc is not liable for packages signed for by any individual other than the named recipient at the provided shipping address.
- Orders are fulfilled based on the shipping information entered at checkout. Riosoc cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Once a package is marked as delivered, Riosoc assumes no liability for loss, damage, or theft that occurs thereafter.
2. Reporting Damages or Missing Items
If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please notify our customer support team within 1 business day of delivery:

- For missing items, the issue should be noted and signed for on the proof of delivery (POD) presented by the courier.
3. Discrepancies in Delivery Status
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please inform us within 24 hours of the status update. We regret that we are unable to investigate or honor such claims beyond this period.
